I finished the loom over the weekend. I put some pegs on the bottom of the back to use as a warping board, you have to sit on the floor to do it, but it works. there are a few things that need to be improved on, but overall it seems to work fairly well.

Fantastic work!!! Just a suggestion; if you waew 1-2 cm with the warp yarn at beginning and end of the rug you get a nice finish and then tie q knot with the warp threads. But it´s a really nice loom! / Ulf
Thanks Ulf. I think that's what is called weaving a header strip. I didn't really understand the purpose of it though, but I'll give it try on your say so.
I also think that your previous advice on narrowing the distance between the warp threads is good and will build a second heddle that is closer spaced. Thanks again for your advice and encouragement.
